I am a wife, mother, and founder of IAM Business Consulting and I enjoy each of these roles along with all the other roles I play. My person mission is to be mindful in all aspects of my being.

At a professional level, my purpose  is to bring mindfulness in organizations so people can express their authentic purpose at work in meaningful and profitable ways. I would like to use my marketing education and mindfulness practices to increase enthusiasm and joy and reduce the stress at work.
